1. Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)
- Once an order is processed, it will be prepared for shipment
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer standard shipping options at checkout.

3. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
4. Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer error
5. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order is lost or significantly delayed:

6. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged package and product
We will review and provide a replacement or resolution if eligible.
